Many diners appreciate the versatility of 3660 On the Rise, from the hearty Grilled Filet of Beef Tenderloin paired with ginger shiitake jus and yuzu hollandaise to the delicate Chilean Sea Bass prepared with meticulous care. Appetizers like the Crab Cakes, luscious Escargots, and the tender Lobster Wonton excite the senses and provide fantastic starters to build anticipation for the main course.

Best buffet in Hawaii during the holidays specifically Thanksgiving and Christmas. We always looked forward to enjoying Chef Russell Siu's delicacies. The menu was quite extraordinary in regards to the different taste palates. From seafood to meat dishes and local Hawaiian dishes. Dessert selections were just marvelous. Aloha and Mahalo for the memories.
Excellent food...ambience...service!!! Our server...sorry but didn't get his name...was great!!! We had the ahi katsu, crab cake, and escargot "temptations"...all were terrific. For dinner I had the Chinese steamed opah...very well done...chef let the fish star front and center. Others in our party had the lamb chops, miso butter fish, steak (perfectly med rare), chicken, fresh catch (mahimahi), and NZ salmon...everyone seemed 100% pleased with their selections. We also had dessert...bread pudding and 4 or 5 others...all plates were clean by the end of the night. A definite 5 star night!!! We will be back!!!
Open for private events only. Marcy and staff were amazing and friendly. They went above and beyond with the service. Food was really good too. Highly recommended for small gatherings.
Service is always exceptional on a consistent basis. Food is top notch, especially the ahi katsu — a favorite. Creme brûlée is also a favorite. Personally, I prefer the appetizers to the main dishes. There’s no shame in doing all appetizers with drinks and desserts to follow, folks. Parking is easy too.
The Salmon and Butterfish were delicious. The Escargo is a must for appetizers. When eating desert I would recommend their famous Bread Pudding. Very cozy and romantic but we went there as a family.
Dined with a group of 7. Had almost all the appetizers and the butterfish as the main. The food was excellent. Definitely beats expectations given the reviews are slightly mixed. As a local resident, would definitely recommend to locals and those visiting!
We've been a loyal customer for years. Great for large parties and events. Food and quality remained the same. Had the soy sake butterfish. Salad and the shrimp and ahi appetizers. So Ono! Of course would always have room for dessert!
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Scott was our server and was very knowledgeable about the menu and also very kind. He gave us his honest views of what he thought was good and what he would recommend for us. My wife and I shared 4 appetizers and a dessert. Everything we had was delicious. Mahalo for a great dinner!
